I am very happy with this company. Joe gave me a quote and it was a really great price. He came out quickly to meet with us and He responded promptly. He worked with us to come to a price we could afford. Shelly went above and beyond each time I called she was very positive and supportive . She was very professional, cozy, and trustworthy all at the same time. She helped organize each step in the process. She coordinated the final proposal and set up install. She assisted with  the process of payment and helped keep it simple. She also scheduled the final inspection. Troy and Alejandro they did the install. They were excellent and very professional and precise.  They tore out the old duct work and system. They put a whole new system in with all new duct work. They did it in a very timely fashion, despite having to work in very tight spaces. They all have been a great team in making this process go smooth and quickly. When it came time to install a new a/c unit for my house, I was referred to CCE from a friend who said they were good. I called and spoke to Joe who took the time to explain different makes and models to me with all the pros and cons to each one. Their knowledge of the HVAC industry made it easy to not only select the proper model for my house, but also my budget.  Being very weary of most that will sell you anything just to make a sale, Joe took the time to make me feel confident and comfortable about my purchase with absolutely NO pressure.  In just a couple days Joe and his team arrived at my house and immediately started the installation.  By the end of the day, I was up and running, the work area was spotless. I was so surprised with the clean and very professional installation. Their techs have over 20 years of experience and it shows. Between Shelly taking care of permits and inspections and registering my new equipment with Trane to Troy and Alejandro with their professional installation,  even the building inspector commented on how beautiful everything looked. I am so pleased to have chosen CCE for my heating and cooling needs. These guys and girl are a proud example on how "American made" should stand for. I definitely made some new, great friends. Coastal Climate Experts have done my parents house, friends houses, as well as my business. When my A/C finally took its last breath i knew exactly who to call. Joe has always been such a nice and helpful guy to work with. He came out and analyzed what it would take to do a full new system including ducts and vents. He was extremely fairly priced. After agreeing to the price Shelley called me to help walk me through the in house financing they offer. Everything was easy as could be. Shelley told me that they were going to be able to start on my install the next day. Troy, Alejandro, and Halind came out and worked late 2 days in a row to make sure I was up and running as quick as possible. It was not an easy job as my house is an older house and doesn't have any attic space. Once Troy realized he was going to have to cut open my ceiling he made sure to put out all the proper stuff to keep the house as clean as possible (my girlfriend appreciated that). They were very professional and easy to talk to and answer any questions. After the install Shelley reached back out to let me know when she was going to be able to get the inspection done. As someone who owns a business myself I really respected how well Shelley communicated with me. She always called the day before they would be coming to make sure I had a window as well as right before they were going to head over. Thanks so much for all the hard work Coastal Climate Experts. The entire staff at Coastal Climate Experts was prompt, professional, detailed, and kind. From the moment I contacted them, they responded quickly, provided a fair estimate, and Shelley, in the office, maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Alejandro and Troy installed a new air conditioning system with three zones, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. After the installation, the system was inspected by city officials, who said it was the best installation they had ever seen—and even called Coastal Climate Experts personally to say so. Coastal Climate experts does everything right!  When we arrived home following an extended trip to find our a/c was not working and the outdoor temperature was in the 90’s, we called Coastal Climate Experts.  Joe came within an hour to diagnose the problem, and then he sent a repair team later that day to “band-aide” the system, recommending we explore replacement. We decided to replace our Hvac system, again choosing Coastal Climate Experts. From start to finish the process was flawless. Shelley communicated with us every step of the way. Troy and Alejandro arrived on schedule to do the installation, worked efficiently and carefully, and when they were finished you’d never know they had been here.
